WLG recently celebrated nearly 20 years of providing civil engineering, geospatial (surveying/mapping/GIS), and land planning services to Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) as a certified Women-Owned Business (WBE) working under their Supplier Diversity Program.
SoCalGas’ Supplier Diversity Program, established more then 45 years ago, includes mentoring, technical assistance, development, outreach, and collaboration. “To say WLG has benefitted from its relationship with SoCalGas is an understatement” says Mary Josenhans, WLG’s Co-founder, President, and CEO. WLG has grown in revenue, professional staffing, and geographic locations to include over 120 team members and three office locations from the Central Valley through Southern California under SoCalGas’ mentorship and guidance.
Programs, projects, and departments that WLG has worked closely on include SoCalGas’ Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan (PSEP), the Mobilehome Park (MHP) Utility Conversion/Upgrade Program, Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP), California High Speed Rail (CHSR), Gas Transmission Technical Services (GTTS), Storage, Planning, and many others.
