The Position: We are currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for our Ontario, CA office.  The Project Manager will manage a wide variety of projects, from small commercial retail and industrial sites and residential subdivisions, to master-planned business/ industrial parks and communities for large developers. Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Managing project teams and overseeing and maintaining scope, schedules, and budgets for commercial, industrial, and residential projects
  • Providing technical oversight and design review and mentorship for project team members
  • Attending Project and Site Meetings with clients, architects, public agencies, and other consultants
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Developing, tracking, and pursuing new business development opportunities
  • Creating accurate scope, schedules, and budgets for projects, proposals, and pursuits
  • Representing the firm at industry events
  • Other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field
  • California Professional Engineer License
  • 5 to 8 years civil engineering design experience, specializing in Land Development
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Civil 3D and Hydrology & Hydraulic Software
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize concurrent projects and deadlines
