Jonathan Development | Value Windows/Ecosave | Adelanto, CA

Jonathan Development’s 18-acre site within Adelanto’s Airport Development District is home to two manufacturing plant buildings with a combined building space of 350,000 square feet. The project will create jobs in an underserved area of the region. WLG is providing entitlement services, preliminary and final engineering, project management, surveying, mapping, bid and construction support. The project includes on-site grading and basin design as well as off-site street, sewer, water and storm drain improvements.

Distribution Center and Warehouse

VanS distribution center | Prologis | Ontario, CA

The Vans Distribution Center is a marquee development on a 56-acre site that boasts nearly 1.2 million square feet of building space. This vast project required WLG to coordinate efforts among four private developers, two cities, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the San Bernardino County Flood Control District. Some of the project’s offsite improvements included widening a bridge, constructing a double 10’x 12’ reinforced concrete box for flood control and installing a 24-inch main trunk sewer line.

Stand-Alone Retail

CVS Pharmacy | Boos Development | Colton, CA

This 1.3-acre site for a local neighborhood pharmacy in an underserved residential area required the developer to obtain a Conditional Use Permit from the City of Colton. WLG provided precise grading and erosion control plans, along with an extensive hydrology study. Our team also assumed responsibility for the site’s Water Quality Management Plan, as well as the water, sewer and on-site utility plan. Under the terms of the contract, WLG provided construction support and final mapping to ensure the success of the project.

WLG’s team members have considerable experience with big box and anchor retail stores for large national brands. Working alongside developers, architects, agencies and construction firms, we offer a full range of surveying and staking services for buildings, parking lots and driveways. We can provide entitlement and engineering support services, address traffic and lighting needs, ensure ADA compliance, issue stormwater and water quality plans and manage the construction of solar power arrays.

Entertainment Venue

SoFi Stadium | D&D Engineering, City of Inglewood | Inglewood, CA

SoFi Stadium is a world-class sports and entertainment destination. WLG principal Matthew Okubo oversaw the preparation of preliminary title surveys, subdivision maps, legal descriptions and established survey controls used by all contractors on the 300-acre, once-in-a-lifetime project site. WLG and he provided project management and construction oversight from 2017 on. The stadium is now home to the LA Rams and Chargers, and will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games.

Sycamore Hills Master Plan | Braveheart LLC | Upland, CA

WLG is providing engineering and surveying services for this 42-acre, mixed-use commercial and residential community located in Claremont and Upland, CA. As part of the Master Plan,  staff supported roadway, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure improvements along Baseline Road and Parkview Promenade. Team members also aided in the approvals and permitting from the cities of Upland and Claremont, Caltrans Districts 7 and 8, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
