Meet Our Team
SENIOR LEADERSHIP
WLG has attracted a loyal team of professionals who consistently blend insight with technological innovation to help clients efficiently manage complex projects and have lasting impacts on their community.
Glenn is co-owner of the firm and has 20+ years of engineering experience leading teams through signature, cornerstone projects. He plays a key role in mentoring staff while overseeing the firm’s fiscal health and overall operations. He has held several executive positions throughout his career and is well respected in the industry.
Matt is co-owner of the firm with 25 years of experience providing geospatial services for many high-profile clients on complex projects. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and has a vested interest in utilizing cutting-edge technology. He has spoken at industry events and is the firm’s advocate for minority business services throughout California
Doug has 20+ years of experience providing geospatial and engineering coordination utility, private, and other municipal clients in California. He manages complex electrical, railroad, and on-call contracts and projects therein. He mentors geospatial staff, prepares field surveying and mapping plans, and oversees his Department’s QA/QC program.
Loye has 45+ years of experience providing oversight of financial and administrative services. She has held senior leadership positions at various firms in the architecture, engineering, environmental and construction industries. Her financial acumen and insight is second to none.
Ben has 25 years of engineering consulting, entitlement and land development experience in Southern California. His areas of expertise include client business development, all facets of due diligence, land planning, permitting, project management, bid documentation and construction support.
Jesus leads and develops a team of support staff members who provide digital mapping and database management efforts for energy clients. He is the firm’s resident expert on essential engineering platforms such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD and AVEVA, among others.
Matt has over 20 years of experience in providing development engineering and management for industrial, commercial and retail projects. He supervises WLG’s Land Development Department and provides input on the firm’s strategic growth plan.
Siara has over 10 years of experience providing engineering and oversight for industrial and retail projects. As Director of Land Development, she oversees and mentors department managers and technical staff, provides QA/QC, and acts as a liaison on the client’s behalf.
Duane’s 30 plus years of field experience equip him to liaison with clients, survey teams and engineering staff on construction projects. Duane is an expert in GPS data collection/post processing, provides QA/QC oversight and prepares survey calculations and outgoing packages for field crews.

Industry Advisors and Cal Poly Geomatics Conference
American Society of Civil Engineers | California State Polytechnic University Pomona
We mentor Cal Poly Pomona engineering students as Industry Advisors during their year-long, senior projects. We also sponsor geomatics conferences, national competitions for young engineers and offer student internship opportunities to further educational experience.
Meghan’s Ride/Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
SoCalGas | Ridgecrest, CA
WLG employees have long supported childhood cancer research through the annual Meghan Ride fundraiser. The event, which honors the memory of a SoCalGas team member’s daughter, serves as an inspiration to hundreds of participants and sponsors.
United Way Programs
United Way | Inland Empire
We are also committed to helping underprivileged children succeed in school. WLG employees volunteer to deliver essential school supplies to thousands of disadvantaged students through the School Tools Program, and donate backpacks of food to more than 1,800 homeless and hungry children through the Kids Pack Program.
